General Information
Our operating season runs from July 1 – June 30. It is divided into 4 sessions:

Summer Camp & Summer Session 2008 : Registration begins Feb 4, 2008
Our summer programs consist of day camps, select evening recreational gymnastic and trampoline classes (3 yrs and up) and Sat morning recreational (6 yrs and under).

Gym Policies
- Gymnastics equipment may not be used unless under coach
supervision.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the gym or change rooms.
- we operate a peanut/nut-free facility.
- Street shoes must be removed before entering viewing area.
- Only students and staff may enter the gym; viewing areas are
provided.
- We operate a "peanut-free environment". Please do
not bring any food products made out of, or containing
peanuts, into the gym.
- Make-up classes cannot be offered. In case of extended
inability to attend (3 or more classes), please see office for
consideration.
- There will be a $20.00 charge on all NSF cheques.
- A $10.00 fee will be applied for class change after session
has begun.
- Refund by approval of Admin only - some restrictions may
apply.
- All fees must be paid with registration. Placement is not
final until full payment is received. Refunds are subject to a
$25.00 administration fee.
- An annual Gymnastics Ontario registration and insurance fee
of $18.50 is applicable for all members.
- Coaches, class times, and age ranges are subject to change
based on availability.
- Special Discounts: 5% Sibling Discount; 10% discounts are
offered for multiple classes (2nd and subsequent classes per
week). Discounts apply only to the following classes: Parent & Tot, kIndergym, Recreational, Acro, trampoline and Adult.

What To Wear
Students should come to class dressed comfortably, in clothing that allows full movement. Ideal wear is bodysuits for girls; t-shirt and shorts for boys. Bare feet are recommended for all gymnasts, although gymnastic footwear may also be worn. All jewelry should be removed, and long hair should be tied or pinned back to avoid injury.
Grips, leotards, wristbands, and other apparel and equipment can be purchased at or through the gym.

*Closed for lunch Monday to Friday 12:00-12:30 p.m.
