Competitive
This exclusive program is by invitation only for boys and girls ages 5 yrs and older. Athletes are hand selected and groomed for competitive gymnastics for invitational, provincial and national programs. This rewarding program offers discipline, physical and mental stamina, travel opportunities, lifelong friendships and a whole lot of fun!
Recreational
With one of the largest recreational programs in Canada and over 330 classes to choose from, there is plenty of opportunity for everyone to enjoy gymnastics at East York. We offer programs from babies to adults!
Camps & Birthdays
A perfect balance of trampoline, gymnastics, games and crafts! East York offers Summer, March break, holiday and PA days camp and birthday parties throughout out the year.

We operate a fully air conditioned and well maintained 33,000 square foot facility housing state of the art equipment and specialized activity stations for all ages.
Our coaching staff consists of over 50 nationally certified coaches with various rich backgrounds in gymnastics!
